So, I learned, hard, that Sugarcube is not for me. The language honestly broke my spirit and desire to create and trying to research stuff only made it harder to create my ideas. So after multiple attempts to get Sugarcube to work, I have given up and went back to Harlow.
That does mean I need to rewrite, all the code I'd translated to Sugarcube back to Harlow but at this point, I want to continue the story, not fight my sanity to figure out how to make the systems I was developing work.
If your coming into this now, welcome. Horned Space is a text adventure about a teen goat escaping his home planet for a mining job. The trip is going to take several months with multiple stops along the way.
My goal is to create a kink loaded story where the player could just socialize and befriend other passengers and crew members for the trip, start new relationships, or just be a sexual deviant and fuck everyone that will allow them.
Hopefully with returning to Harlow I can get back to progressing the story and gameplay systems and releasing a demo of sorts.
