Wayback Machine Removal

I guess some of you may already have seen the mystery code go around, or even the jotform url.

Wayback's removal policy goes via this page: https://help.archive.org/help/how-do-i-request-to-remov...

You email them all the relevant information listed and they'll help you further from there. I do not know if the jotform is legit, but I highly recommend following the official channels as provided by Wayback org.
