TOS RIGHTS 1) The rights to the characters depicted in the works belong to their owners. 2) The authorship of all the works performed by me remains with me, even for sketches, WIP, unpaid works. 3) My works are not aimed at children and teenagers. My gallery's rating is 18+. 4) If you want to keep the order or YCH slot private, let me know in advance. 5) You can freely reupload commissioned artworks on your FA/Inkbunny/BSKY page. Dont forget to credit me!
PAYMENT 1) Payment is made by Paypal or Easy Start platform. If there is a change in the payment method, I will notify you. 2) Prepayment for any type of work is 100%. 3) Unfortunately, I am not able to make a refund. 4) You are obliged to pay for the order/ YCH within 48 hours after all the details are discussed/the slot is occupied.
CHARACTERS 1) I do not draw children/child characters in an erotic or pornographic context. 2) I don't draw pornography and erotica with real animals/non-sentient animals. 3) I don't draw real people without their personal consent.
THE PROCESS OF WORK 1) I don't have deadlines, but I can finish the work by a certain deadline if it's important. Usually there is a surcharge for this, as well as the conditions are negotiated. If it's a themed order (Halloween, Christmas, for example), I'll try to finish before the holiday, but I need to be informed in advance. 2) My works usually have three stages - sketch, flat color, final render. At each stage, I show the work to you to make sure that everything is fine. The delay between the stages is usually 1-5 working days (my weekends are Sunday-Monday). In case of delay, I will notify you. 3) You can request free edits at the stages that are intended for this. For example, you will not be able to ask to change the entire composition at the flat color stage. 4) The delay between stages can greatly increase due to the workload (multi-page comic).

I DON'T DRAW: - Pups/cubs. Characters should look adult. Its possible to order a kid character, but it should be in SFW situation or I will redraw it to look adult. - Watersports, poop. - Real people without their permission
