XD I have heard that too but im not from Spain, im from Colombia. It was kinda weird. I wasnt able to log here for like a week and only was able to do it with a VPN. But I was able to log from my phone using my data plan and from a secondary line from a different ISP... but then a couple of days ago the problem fixed itself. I will assume is because my ISP is doing changes here in my village (a good thing cus now I have x4 internet speed for the same price :D)
