I really enjoy https://www.youtube.com/@DrawSessions - He does a lot of fast and loose drawings that end up looking amazing.

https://www.youtube.com/@ProkoTV/videos is another one I follow, more for digital.

When I was in art school, I watched a lot of https://www.youtube.com/@VictorStaris - fantastic digital stuff that looks very traditional. Great for concept art!
