Happy New Year
AND Today also celebrates my having posted stories for FIVE YEARS!
It's been quite a time. Lot of things have happened, both ups and downs.
In the last 5 years:
I have written almost 500 stories. That's a lot.
I have written MILLIONS of words. That's REALLY a lot (I'm not counting the exact number)
I wrote a full novel, and several novel-length series, with another novel in progress.
I've developed the lore for five separate ongoing settings, with a sixth soon to debut.
I hit over 600 watchers!
I started my Subscribe star.
I started a discord server (for subscribers).
I have met a lot of people, some famous in the community.
I've inspired others to create, both art and writing. Apparently I'm low key famous now, too.
I've made many new friends. I've lost a few, too.
I turned 40.
I've started drama I didn't mean to, I've ended drama I didn't know was happening.
I've had minor back surgery.
I got a new computer, a new desk, and a whole new setup.
I've played more games than I can count, and probably more than I should.
I got a new car.
And most importantly: I've drank over 13 times my body weight in coffee.
And so much more.
It's been an interesting half a decade. And I'm not planning on stopping.
