? For folks
Im looking for new food recipes that help with weight loss
Over the years i've struggled with weight loss as a professional driver,  my weight ballooned.to 355, now im back down to 260, with a goal of 230.

I'm open to new ideas, what ya got....

I went on the keto diet a couple of years ago and lost 20 pounds in a month. It is not an easy diet to stay on but it is very effective. Once you have lost the weight you can gradually start eating more carbs again but of course you always have to eat anything in moderation or you will gain the weight back again. Losing weight and keeping it off is more a matter of the mind.

avoiding fast food and soda helped me a lose a third of my bodyweight in like a year. I'm not an expert on the matter, but phasing junky food and sugary drinks out of the equation seems to be a good start
