SCAMMER ALERT

If you get any emails from "Paypal" originating from this address servicepaypalintlco133@gmail.com, It's a scam! Their discord name is william000328 (no pfp too) and they're supporting you "because their late mom was an artist". They'll want you to draw a picture of their dog or something.

They'll "send" you $500 whether you like it or not and give you "screenshots" of the payment, then keep asking you to check your email. Once you do, "Paypal" will say that the $500 is locked bcos your account isn't a business account, and that they need to send +$300 to upgrade your account to a business account. Then "Paypal" will need you to refund them back the $300 via any means necessary and send the receipt to "Paypal" or they will "forward your name and address to the police and you may be arrested". Golly if only Paypal cared that much about scammers on their website.

I almost fell for that son of a bitch. Luckily I transferred all my money out of Paypal earlier today out of fear it was gonna be locked so I delayed transfer of money as much as possible as I didn't know how to put money into my Paypal account (thank god my stupidity and spontaneity saved me). I started getting suspicious when he asked me what country I was from and whether I had a bank account or not, like what does that have to do with Paypal? Then I noticed the email didn't have a proper Paypal icon, then I started to get real suspicious. I looked up that email and thank god reddit pulled through. I got even more suspicious when he insisted I send my money to his "cousin" who just so happens to have a Malaysian bank account, and referred to the person as "he" when it had a "she" name. This fuck really didn't even know about the culture of Malaysia and how male and female names differ here.

That son of a bitch's FurAffinity account has been deleted (Marianne9590). But according to Reddit, this isn't the first time this scam has happened. So beware. If this happens to you immediately block them.

Thats pretty good advice. And I looked up Paypals help page later on and I realized their emails always refer to you by your name, which a lot of these scam emails tend not to do cos they're automated already. Also PayPal emails have a very specific formatting to them, which looking back at the scam email, I wasn't sure why I didn't notice earlier. Like the font size was all over the place. Ugh
