That true but that doesn’t mean it’s all over there’s always other open doors for you to make your contact come back and grow it’s like ever fruit of that tree has fallen to ground rotating until it’s all gone, But all of their seeds will grow a new tree a create new roots for you

Users that spam renders of the same scene from 30 different angles in 4k.
It clutters the servers full with data that no one watches.

CDV is not guilty of that. I think a certain tag group got hit and he just happed to be nearby.
But if he ever posts here again, he'll have to make some additions to the submissions' descriptions to comply with the other new rules.

From what i see on the new rules they arent exactly stopping that but are making the work of artists harder.

According to these rules, you could still have a model made for you then get yourself a pose pack and just spam the same model in 30 pictures with slightly different poses.

Infact due to how they worded it, you cant even make a "as in game" looking 3d pokemon model because they will want you to get approval from the copyright holder.

I believe that you where not directly targeted, but rather hit by a automated tag based process.
I have high hopes that they row back on your removals.

Please give it some time and contact politely staff that the models you use were made specifically for you and that you own them.
They will tell you that you need to credit other models/assets you used too. Which you basically have to do just once, because the legal workaround they even suggested themselfs is to make a journal or submission where you have all models with their links listed. When you post a render, you just post a link to that journal with the list and you are off the hook

You said that the models were made for you? Not just bought. Specifically made for you?
In that case you'd just have to credit yourself as owner. Unless the modeler used a template that didn't belong to them.

The staff itself contacted me, I had a conversation with them already, and what they said was "The renders policy does not make an exception for resources that don't want to be named, therefore their work will not be permissible on Inkbunny."

Dang! They are right, it says so in the first part of Attribution.

Welp since the modeler wants to stay anonymous...
the only legal workaround I see for your case is asking the modeler to create an account on a different site or under a different name so you can link to them.

You should read up on Acceptable Content Policy 1.1: Ownership.

The work you upload must be created by you, or for you. If you did not create the artwork and it was created for you then you must indicate in the Description who created it, unless they request otherwise. You must be the copyright owner of the artwork and all the characters they contain, or you must have permission from the copyright owners to post their art or characters.

"Fan art" of commercial copyright characters is allowed in free uploads, provided you do not sell the work on Inkbunny and you indicate who owns the characters.

Okay so i just talk to one of the mods/admins and they are discussing way for maybe talking to the modeler in private to confirm those models are permitted to be use if the modeler msg them directly, that way they dont need to be publicly credited if they dont want to.

Your submissions have not yet been deleted. They are stored and hidden for 80 days and CAN be reinstated if things change. And if you can get a hold of the modelers.

I can confirm what xephion said.
The Modelers can approach IB directly to sort things out.

Annoyingly this is to keep people from exploiting saying "creator wants to stay anon." for everything in the render.

Consider creating an account on ponybooru. It has the same build and tagging system as derpibooru, but is also accepting filly/foalcon and there are tools to import submissions from derpibooru.
