Through trail and error, and over a dozen attempts, I think I finally came up with a decent recipe for almond butter cookies:
1/4th of a cup of almond flour
1 table spoon of sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 cup of chocolate chips - mini sized
1 cup of almond butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 stick of butter
1 whole egg, and 1 egg yolk
Put all these ingredients into a bowl.
Mix well.
Use a scooper to scoop out the cookie dough onto a cooking sheet. There should be 12 scoops evenly spaced.
Pre-heat oven at 325 degrees. Cook batch for 15 mins.
Maybe I can improve the recipe in the future. I'm open to any cooking advice for improvements.
