I want your opinions!

On muzzles! Like- snouts! Sometimes I like snouts and muzzles that jut out a bit more and sometimes I like it more "humanoid" so to speak (Like my Shiba's face)

I'm thinking about giving him a muzzle type of face instead- both as practice and maybe as a change up on his appearance cause I'm always finicky when it comes to him.

Anywho- do you like long snouts or not? Simple as that :3 I sort of bounce between them- if done right it's super cute >~<

I'd say I like both, and having a mixture is a unique aspect of furry characters that add to the uniqueness of each. It actually stands out more to me if an artist's style makes snouts too similar in length, because they should have a range of shapes and sizes.

I prefer muzzles myself, but the slight muzzle is cute too.

I think variety is the spice of life, but I personally prefer more pronounced/animalistic muzzles on the critters that have them. :o)

I tend to have a preference for muzzles myself, or at least slight muzzle (which I feel your current style falls under that imo). As long as it's not fully humanoid. But overall cuteness trumps all x/P hehe

Longer muzzles are fun, depending on the species of the character

Either work for me usually, but I think it depends on what species it is!

These are my views as well!

I agree with the variety based on species.
Whatever works for the character ultimately.

I'd say it should be species dependent tho that being said given your Sona is a dog the long muzzle would be appropriate for him

i like bestial and cartoony stuff, humans are boring. further from humans is always best

The less human, the better.

My advice would be to make a quick drawing with a snout and one with a more humanlike face and compare the result. The same pose on the drawings and such. It would give you a better insight in the situation ^^
From my point of view, both are good… but once I got used to a character looking some way, seeing it different even when well done can be a bit "meh" ^^'

I tend to prefer regular donuts and nuzzles but humanoid ones can look good too. Think it just depends on the artists style mainly
