I thought I was getting an animated commission from an animator, but upon looking deeper I think this guy impersonates artists and replies to people who are asking the real artists for commissions.
I was skeptical when contacting this guy but it was too late when I already sent the money.
I guess it’s no big deal, I only sent $30. Have to learn from your mistakes
