Never, ever, EVER. Underestimate how quickly something can come along and turn all you've struggled for to dust. This is a fact of life for people who struggle for what they have. Today, after spending 100 on a tire and being excited to have my car back, i found out the battery is dead. Apparently constantly switching between cashiering and store upkeep as my job requires isn't enough for the management and I'm on thin ice at work despite my best effort. Oh and finally, the coup de gras: we had to burn some things as requested by the landlord to keep our yard clean, and in the couple minutes it took Shaun to fill a bucket to keep the fire under control, some kid thought it would be funny to put gas on our fire and now we have to replace half of a side of their trailer's siding. So yeah, things WERE getting better. I just hope charging my battery from my roomie's car doesn't kill both and we're totally SOL.
