Artist Solutions (Internet Research Results)

my fellow art lovers. (real art, not gay-ass fugly animation and retarded storytelling. )

First, let's address the main 3 topics that matter the most to us as artists and fans of art: 1) Payment Processors, 2) Art/Social Platforms, 3) Messaging Platforms.

I made some progress in all three of those, but it's not absolute nor final. I will share with you my findings for the sake of the future and making a network to communicate and solve each of our individual problems.

1) Payment Processors.

It took me a massive amount of time, but I found 3 payment processors that will work perfectly for me in my country. And on top of that, I managed to find a specialist in my country who can guide me to 5 other payment processors that would work for me as well. (Will call him soon to begin the setup of those processors, so it's looking good for the future.)

If you are interested in the payment processors I found, message me directly or through email, and I'll share my findings with you. (links at the bottom of this post)

Now, if you want to find a suitable payment processor that matches your exact needs. It will depend heavily on your location. In the USA, you need to locate "High Risk Payment Processors." Google it and contact the staff, and they will help you set it up. If you're in any other country, you need to write your country's name next to the following key words: "Payment Processor," "Payment Gateway," "E-Wallet," "Payment Facilitator," and "Payment Solution." Once you've located the best payment processor that suits you, it is time to begin the next and extremely important phase, "Privacy Concerns."

Once you find the correct payment processor, you need to follow the following instructions for your safety:

a) Avoid using your real name and address if possible.

We all know about doxxing and harassment online. Even if you're avoiding politics, it's still not enough, as the angry mobs will go after you regardless, and normies will not think twice when they read the accusations about you. You know that very well, so keep your information as secret and protected as possible. such as name, address, important email addresses, and anything with extremely sensitive information that could cause you harm. The only exception to this rule is if you live somewhere where doxxing and harassment can't hurt you in any shape or form.

b) Create a waiting list as the artist.

Remember that the hate mobs on the internet are usually low-intellect people with no patience or long attention spans, so use that to your advantage. Don't take early payments and keep the client on the waiting list. And if you're talented enough, it should be easy to do that, since you normally have a lot of clients anyway. The long wait for those toxic harassers will force them to eventually leave you alone and seek the next target on the internet. But in order to do that, you need to avoid poking them as much as possible.

c) Make sure to isolate the payment processor from your social media.

Don't share your accounts of payment processors with your audience publicly unless you live in a decent state in the USA that does not regulate art and media to toxic degrees. Avoid being targeted whenever you can.

d) Most important of all, do not connect your payment processor to your art.

Even if you make safe art without politics or porn, it is essential to keep the payment processor and your content apart from each other. Don't share your art with your payment processor in any form, and don't share your payment processor with the platforms that you use either. I did that with itch.io, and I paid a heavy price. So, keep them isolated for the sake of avoiding the angry and unreasonable haters.

If you follow these tips, you should be fine. And if you think you know something that I don't, or a safe way to share art AND a payment processor and not get into trouble or lose important assets, I'll be waiting for you to contact me and inform me so we can update the way we operate online as artists and art lovers.

2) Art/Social Platforms

I did a bit of research on platforms a while ago, and I only managed to find a few possible solutions (though I still need to find more and better ones.)

To my understanding, there are only the following platforms for artists to have the most freedoms on the internet. Here is a list of my findings, and let me know if you know others:

a) Baraag/Mastodon (and its subsections online)

one of the best platforms I know of in terms of artistic freedom. They also have a messaging service and security measures to protect you. But the downside is that they have a scroll-type interface for phones and nothing for browsers with pages and a grid interface.

b) Pixiv (and maybe Fanbox)

It follows Japanese-style censorship, so you need to keep that in mind. And due to their partnership with PayPal, they do restrict you from certain activities, like posting hyperlinks to uncensored artworks and talking about anti-woke topics, such as slavery, incest, rape, and anti-leftist beliefs. To avoid getting in trouble on the platform, make sure to set your account location to be "Japan" for maximum artistic freedom. One other thing is, they use pages and a grid-type interface, so it looks much better than Baraag or X/Twitter. and it also has its own messaging service on the platform. So use that however you like.

c) Pellowfort

another scroll-type social media, but it offers the highest freedoms I've seen so far on the internet (though, I might be wrong about the limits). It doesn't have a huge audience, but the amount of freedom of speech in there is so far very delightful. Though, I recommend further research. They also have their own messaging service, and best of all, the option of "Journals," similar to how DeviantArt used to be. Use those journals to express yourselves to your own delights.

d) inkbunny

Similar to Pixiv, it does have a lot of freedom in terms of art posting, but they do favor furry art over human characters. Keep that in mind as you use the platform. They also have a messaging service and the ability to post journals. I noticed a lot of freedom on the website, but you might need to be careful when posting human characters. Read the rules, just to be safe.

e) Allthefallen/Sankakuecomplex/E-Hentai

So far, these three have been the most conflicting. On one hand, they offer a high amount of freedom; on the other hand, they can be pretty difficult to use. They are not very flexible; however, they are very good for artists who can find a way to use them.

f) X/Twitter

By far, the least free place on the internet, but under Elon Musk, the platform is at least capable of offering you traffic to your other platforms if you can figure out the methods to do so. Carefully study the functionality of the website and then use it to drive traffic to your other platforms. Just be careful and smart about your moves there, or else you will lose your account.

If you can suggest more platforms, let me know by contacting me directly or leaving a comment.

3) Messaging Platforms

Besides social media websites, the need for a messaging app/website is extremely important. Most people use Discord as their main messaging app, but it has its own flaws, such as lack of privacy, censorship, doxxing issues, and more. It remains one of the best places for messaging and calls and servers and groups on the internet. But all that will soon disappear unless you find alternatives. So, for the sake of safety, I'll mention a list of alternatives. BUT, this list is small, and I'm testing other replacements for the future.

a) Session

By far, the best alternative messaging app I've found so far. It offers privacy and tends to run fast. It has the best social interactions I've had online so far. The only downside is that actual pedophiles who like real children instead of fictional children use the platform as well and would try to send their illegal stash to you for laughs. So, make sure to avoid them in any method you decide.

b) Wire

not as great a session. It usually takes a few minutes to load, but so far, I have had no issues with it other than the lack of activities.

c) Element/Matrix (though, recently it's offline)

Similar to Wire, it takes too long to load, and due to its security system, it can be way too complicated and difficult to use. It has great social interaction and a lot of options, but, depending on you, it can be difficult to manage.

d) Telegram

So far, I have had no negative experience with Telegram, but it heavily demands that you use a phone number to register. It seems to be against loli content or anything like rape, incest, or similar content, so do be careful if you want to do a group or a server on that app.

e) SimpleX/Tox/Jitsi/Briar/Conversations (XMPP)/Delta Chat/Ricochet

I haven't tested these messaging alternatives yet. So I can't tell you much about them. though I will be testing them eventually. All I know is that Tox is similar to Session and has actual pedophiles who might send their stash to you, so be careful when using it.

If you have any other information to help with this, I will be waiting for your feedback.

I want to find the best place to host my groups and servers, and once I'm ready, I'll locate the best platform for it.

There is one important thing that I must say, however.

Politically speaking, I'm a libertarian Christian, and that means I'm okay with porn (to some extent), I'm okay with people not being Christian (to some extent), and I'm okay with people enjoying woke shows (to some extent). However, I can't tolerate hatred and antagonism toward Christians, artists, white people (I'm not white, just so you know), men, conservatives, or independent people who want to be left alone. And that reflects on my opinion of animation and entertainment and comedy. You will notice that I'm very vocal with my hatred of antagonistic media that are very biased against the groups I mentioned; however, even if I hate it, it is NOT an attack on those who enjoy them, nor am I calling them out for enjoying them. I find their taste baffling, but it's their freedom to enjoy such content. (That's because I'm a libertarian.) So, if you are offended by my opinions on what I deem to be bad shows and bad media, never take it personally and learn to be tolerant. And if you think I'm too negative or paranoid about political junk in media (like a certain someone I recently stopped being friends with), then just don't come near me, you pansy! I'm not here to validate your oversensitivity and lack of self-respect, let alone the respect of others with normal functioning brains. If I think your favorite TV show sucks, then live with it! Just thank God that I don't hold a grudge against you for enjoying it. That's why I'm different from the rest of the internet. I don't define you by the entertainment you consume.

I can talk some more about my opinions of entertainment, but that's for another day.
