So with my latest upload, the Jessy cosplay picture here:
I tried something different. the whole picture took around 2 hours and was therefor quite quick done. Now after my recent journals about my art style and stuff, I decided to create a mid tier quality. That would be it. I used some technical tricks from my graphics program to make my life easyer and faster. And that is the result.
What do you think about it? I know it doesn't look much like a difference, to my usual style, but the working time was quite lower. I decided to ditch the shading and lighing.
How much would you pay for that as a comission. I want your honest answer. Not a "ooohh you deserve XYZ for your hard work" or "Just charge what feels right to you" shit please. I want an real answer. What would you think this pic of Jessy, would it be a comission slot, would it be worth to you. What's the price you would comfortly pay for it.
And of coruse, what do you think about this shadeless style? Is it okay for smaller things? I actualy think even without shading it looks quite nice.
I'll be honest, I didn't even notice it wasn't shading until you mentioned it xD It looks very nice even without shading. Personally, I would probably be willing to pay around 40-45 USD for something like that with one char, not sure what the actual conversion is for that.
