Civitai changes

Hey all my watchers.

Due to Civitai's newest update from 13th October, I can no longer created NSFW content with my blue buzz, only with yellow buzz. I have 0 intentions of paying for any type of buzz. Since I'm only doing X rated content, I should be okay, we'll see when I create a new image this week.

If any other Civitai users here on Inkbunny are affected by this change, comment your opinions below. But censor any swearing, please.

Old journal I know, and I’m just some passer by, but…

As a casual user of Civitai myself, the news that blue buzz was only going to be effective for sfw image generation was… a bit upsetting honestly. Especially since I’ve earned and saved up over 5k in the now near useless currency. TwT

Although, I’m certain you have already figured it out, —but just in case, I’ve since been gaining yellow buzz by preforming content ratings for ‘knights of the new order’ —admittedly, it’s still quite wonky in several respects, but it brings home the yellow buzz after a 3 day grace period. So… at least there’s that caveat I suppose… still, It would really be nice for my blue buzz to at least be useful in some broader manner…

I basically have to earn my yellow buzz now through giving ratings. I can ‘kinda’ live with that, however it’s flow is very narrow, and I find myself not able to experiment and creatively explore different things like I used to… so, that’s another adjustment I’ll have to get used to.

Another continuing gripe I’m finding myself having, I spend my fickle yellow earnings on an image generation and have it posted. Only for thumbs up’s and other emoji’s to still pay me back in blue buzz… yeah, ok, no. That just feels uniquely unfair. If someone spends yellow buzz to produce an image, the emojis those images receive; should at least give yellow buzz in return.

But, that’s how it is I suppose… *shrugs*
