So I'm sure we're all aware, recent tragic events have painted the Furry Community in perhaps the worst light it's ever been associated in.
Tyler Robinson, the man who killed Charlie Kirk. Has been exposed as being a furry. Along with his trans roommate. Like Kero the Wolf hasn't done terrible things to the fandom prior, among other horrid furs?
Though animal abuse, being pedophiles, and who knows what else? All that pales in comparison to murder. A murder that's rocked America & all the world. A murder that many actually praise. And has exposed the LGBTQ+ community as unhinged maniacs. Well, least the trans community for sure. Wonder if that group has more fighting within itself now? Hey, Leftist people are willing to boycott Disney now over Jimmy Kimmel. A company that pandered SO hard to their ideals. The only time you see the words "Democrats" & "Sense" in the same sentence, if if the words "Don't Make" are in the middle.
Anyway, all this is further not helped by Furaffinity apparently banning any posts related to Charlie now. And supporting Antifa.
Heh, maybe I was going to banned from Furaffinity this year regardless? I just jumped the gun back in June. It's not the place I love anymore, only really go on it to view an old friend. Karma's a bitch, ain't it Furaffinty!?

Furries have been around since Ancient Egypt you could say. Lola Bunny, Nala from Lion, amoung many others in pop-culture. Coupled with the rise of the internet. THAT's what put furries on the map!

To me it doesn't matter who you are murder is never justified as a way to express oneself or in any manner for that matter.people have different views on things and what's humans unique, but for the love of god do not go out murdering people just because of their beliefs. I hope more of the community is trying to be better. Though I know places like Furaffinity have been overrun with LGBTQ+ activist nuts. And they support Antifa, everyone be saying. Maybe they'll get shut down for that association or something?
