Dunno many pokémon, but from what I know, Espurrs and sylveons belong on that list. And even though many Shinxes and Luxios are already padded, I think there can be more, especially for
randomweirdluxio
specifically.
As for real life animals, lynxes and otter's are high up the list (would say foxes too but there are quite a lot of padded foxes already)

I definitely agree with Sylveon and Shinx/Luxio on the Pokemon side of things. And lynxes for real life animals that are in need of padding up
