My attorney arrived a bit later than he estimated but he tried to get the case pushed through faster. He told me to plead no contest and the judge asked us to come back three hour later so we had lunch near down town Ocala (the small area was the only 'nice' part of the city... it really is unpleasant in more ways than one). When we returned, I pleaded no contest (when the prosecution read out my email, they left out all the illegal violations of the ,and my rights, that county had done over the last 12 years), and the judge said the 13 days in jail is time served, gave my 4 years probation and I have to get a mental evaluation (like anyone who fights for their promised rights is insane or mentally ill). I also have 100 hours of community service but this may be a problem since I am care taker for my mother, the doctors said she can not be left alone so I can't go very far for very long, but I will discuss that with the probation officer. I of course have to pay the court fees which is $700 and they did not mention whether they are fining me $11,000 for the two threats I made.
As I expected, it took all day to wait for my turn. Even my attorney was annoyed, he thought it was going to go quickly and had to reschedule his other appointments. But, over all, I can continue with the art production...
