By commissioning me, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You own the character(s) or have explicit permission from the copyright holder to commission them.
• You have read and agree to the following terms:
1. Process & Communication
• The process begins after we discuss the references and project details.
• Your commission will be added to the queue after full payment is received.
• The queue is generally handled on a first-come, first-served basis. However, I reserve the right to adjust the order of work.
• When your turn is reached, I will send a rough sketch for approval. You may request minor adjustments at this stage. Significant changes after sketch approval will incur additional fees.
• Upon completion, you will receive two digital files: a High-Resolution PNG (for personal archive/printing) and a Web-Optimized PNG (for social media).
2. Payment & Refunds
• Payment Method: PayPal Invoice (other methods may be used upon prior agreement).
• Deadline: For auctions, full payment must be completed within 48 hours.
• Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the initial sketch has been approved. If I am unable to complete the work for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
3. YCH (Your Character Here) & Auctions
• Characters do not need to match the YCH sketch in species, age, gender, or body type unless specified. Complex designs may incur additional fees.
• Concept Re-use: I reserve the right to reuse and adapt general ideas, poses, and compositions from YCHs for future works.
4. Copyright & Usage
• Artist Rights: I retain all copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork. This includes the right to display, distribute, and use the artwork for self-promotion (portfolio, social media, etc.), unless the commission is designated as DNP (Do Not Post).
• DNP Commissions: A 20% surcharge applies to DNP commissions. In this case, neither the Artist nor the Client shall post or distribute the artwork publicly.
• Client License: You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal, non-commercial use (avatars, personal profiles).
Prohibited Uses:
• Editing, altering, or removing my signature.
• Distributing Work-In-Progress (WIP) images.
• Using the artwork for any commercial purpose, including NFTs and AI-related software/training.
• Using the artwork for illegal purposes.
5. General Provisions
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without explanation.
• These Terms are subject to change. The version active at the time of payment governs the specific commission.
