Tonight I am sharing with you two requests on behalf of his roommate, who is doing what he can to take care of unfinished business.
1. For the first request, they would like to know if anyone has any recent photos of Soggy IRL, either from a convention or otherwise. If you do, please contact me here or on Discord or Telegram so that I can pass along that photo or your contact information.
2. Soggy's roommate was recently reminded, and in turn reminded me when I asked about his previous backup plan, that our country's national cemeteries do not allow for children to be buried with their veteran parents outside of special circumstances, so Soggy cannot be buried with his parents. That leaves two options: Soggy's roommate can either petition a county judge for power of attorney to obtain Soggy's remains so that they can be cremated (estimate of 4 to 10 months, plus legal fees, plus $1400 to pick up the ashes, and an additional $250 if they request the ashes shipped); or option two is they can allow the cremation center to do what they do and lay Soggy to rest at Davis Memorial in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The second request is that they would like to know the consensus of as many of Soggy's close friends as can be contacted. It is my hope that those of you here who knew Soggy well can direct those friends toward this journal so that I can pass along what they have to say.
