probably got tired of what the fandom was socially becoming overtime and simply left without saying goodbye. Typically known as ghosting. Lots of creators do it eventually. I can certainly say as a veteran, it is definitely not what it used to be sadly.
In other cases, some folks just want to be known by who they are and not what they do and realize though such experiences it is hard to find real friends and such or people you can trust. That is the price you pay when you become Pop You Ler [wiiiicked]
Think back to that moment in Aladdin when the princess had to explore the real world undercover, or when a boss has to go undercover to get to know their workers as themselves rather than false people they become around them. * Or even Megamind where Metroman had to fake his death to live a normal life. * Surf's Up when the big timer "Big Z" had to also fake his death to get people to leave him alone. * That moment when Michael Jackson had to fake his death to live the normal life he always wanted. (He's pretty good at face changing)
The list goes on and on. It is a common thing unfortunately. Worst case scenario, they actually died.
