OneNETnews EDITORIAL: The Silence Ends Here -- My Final Editorial Report on Years of UK-Based Online

TRIGGER WARNING: This editorial article discusses experiences of online harassment and emotional distress involving two (2) of the suspected British YouTubers. Reader discretion is STRONGLY advised, especially for those sensitive to topics of cyberbullying, hate speech crimes or even death threats.

SURREY, UNITED KINGDOM -- This week, both the United Kingdom and the United States advanced major online safety legislation. The UK has updated its 'Online Safety Act of 2023', which gives 'Ofcom' new powers to regulate harmful and illegal online content. Lawmakers in the United States are introducing the 'Kids Online Safety Act', aimed at protecting minors from harmful material on social media and other platforms. For instance, I no longer need to boycott Google's parent company "Alphabet", which owns the only video-sharing platform "YouTube".

Back then, I watched cable news television in Dumaguete City since ABS-CBN News Channel's "Hardball" on SkyCable before 2010s when I discovered the Asian feed of British public news broadcaster 'BBC World News'. I was HOOKED on late night and even the morning hours in our timezone, when it introduced me to a global discussion show 'World Have Your Say', 'Dateline London', 'Click', 'The Travel Show' and 'Sport Today'.

A year or so, by 2010 onwards, my passion for internet media as a one-person project as One NETWORK TV channel (shortened as 'OneNETtv') was born at a local defunct, small internet café called "Musumeci", outside the exit gate of "West City Elementary School" in the "Livestream.com" era. The first show, in the afternoon hours is ABS-CBN's 100 Days to Heaven with Anna Malastas. I started something small as a kiddie broadcaster alone. Then later expanded to "Zone.ONE" and "88th Street" before setting up a home internet with "Sky Broadband" in Barangay Pulantubig. All in all, it's a commercial internet TV station right here in Dumaguete, before it became a public media online broadcaster today.

Around mid-2010s, I was desperate personally after Grade 5 at WCES with 'Mr. German Rhon Dibdib' as I turned out with so many degenerate physical bullies that I can no longer resolve. I have no physical friends that can be trusted. So instead, I decided to pursue the continuation of online broadcasting, before expanding my own news organization called "OneNETnews" after March 2013 during Grade 3. Rene Rodriguez Ledesma, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and radio commentator of DYRL-FM 90.5's Like Radio: Dumaguete did tackled my issue in Barangay Taclobo during "Tirada 90" radio programme. Despite occasional support for some reason, the harassment I faced never truly stopped.

Lastly, during the Chinese global pandemic, online classes were my last resort and did successful with my complete graduation of Grade 6, still at WCES via now-defunct Edmodo, Zoom video call, etc. The first year after High School in Barangay Piapi, we faced our financial struggles since the Philippine education system was permanently corrupt under the Department of Education (DepEd). The advanced point of Algebra, Science, Filipino, Math and Global History subjects was a total flop. But the Philippine English from our end, and among lighter subjects like "Technology and Livelihood Education" (TLE) & "Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health" (MAPEH) are all fine to do so.

For the entertainment side, I no longer watching and support Filipino dramas whether classic or new TV series & movies, except ABS-CBN actor 'Mr. Coco Pacheco Martin', which is a wasteful propaganda in our home country. Light romance without anything nonsense is fine but, why not? Heard about the long-running anthology Pinoy drama series 'Maalaala Mo Kaya'? I do NOT terribly care, which I personally have an Asperger's Syndrome and the apathetic individual, now part of my role of Persons with Disability (PWD), according to one of Cebu's doctors.

All of this are TOO OFFENSIVE for me in Pinoy entertainment, needing to be blurred out forever, I invest instead with international anime & cartoons, as well with reality/entertainment TV series and movies from America, including "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic", "Littlest Pet Shop", "Glitch Techs", "Miraculous Ladybug", "Doctor Who", "GaruGaku", "Cocotama" and "Pokémon". Not only that, I also invest in mainstream & local news, both on TV and Radio for where I live now as a special teenager, a different opposite of a special child under Special Education before Alternative Learning System (ALS).

A Sparta Remix duel is an early internet phenomenon where two creators remixed the same short animation sequence—often the "This is Sparta!" movie clip from the disturbing classic film "300" in mid-March 2007, challenging each other's musical and editing skills like Sony Vegas. I interviewed with now-defunct Skype audio call (currently 'Teams'), discussing about regular and challenging duel of "Sparta Remix". The online suspect is 'Mr. Daniel James McKenzie' (known as "DanDaManStudios1") on Tuesday afternoon (August 23rd, 2011) under their Skype username "javerlin395". My online photoshop editing didn't look great in my teenage years. But in late-January 2012, after refusing to pay heavy fines from the UK to the Philippines, which sent me death threats as an elementary student... Yup, "colossal donut holes" is more deadly offensive than ever. So, I walked away virtually for nothing and never showed the hell up.

And in October 2023, the British anti-YouTuber suspect 'Cartoonshi' launched a targeted hate campaign against dark cartoon fandom wars, then turned those tactics on us. He has openly threatened to harass online, using foul hateful language and refusing to engage in any constructive dialogue in an excessive social media toxic cesspool.

Cartoonshi encounters his serious death threats, attacking an online journalist in Dumaguete is me, which, the Hate and Free Speech in the United Kingdom is no longer protected, as previously investigated by OneNETnews. Moving forward, Nickelodeon Animation Studio (NAS) and other animation companies are ignoring all criticism and failing to address opinions that damage their corporate reputation.

Earlier this Friday morning (August 15th, 2025 -- Dumaguete local time), after 13 years of extreme struggles and financial constraints online... ONC Holdings Incorporated, which owns this internet public media TV station, filing the legal complaints to 'Ofcom' and 'National Union of Journalists of the Philippines' via E-Mail correspondent message, consider to declare "Persona Non Grata" here in the Philippines, meaning it is a possible violation of the national constitution law with less absolute point.

This leads to 'Public Order Act of 1986' and 'Crime and Disorder Act of 1998', roughly in relation to the 'Online Safety Act of 2023' in the United Kingdom. A mandatory change with Age Verification and valid identification for the people of UK and United States of America. Yet, we will be waiting with regional lawyers in Negros Island Region or Metro Cebu to sort my legal case against these two (2) suspected YouTubers from that said country. Also, we have yet to respond via E-Mail for the results between 'Ofcom' and 'NUJP'.

Effective immediately for my safety, I am officially cutting ties with diabolical UK‑based YouTubers who engage in death threats, hate crimes, and online harassment. It is unsafe for me and need myself a virtual safe space from your problematic content of entertainment about what you are terribly saying online. This will be my last editorial, which now controls our fictional cartoon teams with two (2) station managers 'Miko Kubota-Nieves' and 'Andrea Davenport' and the real human beings like 'Mishelle Patangui' and 'Dominique Canio' in Negros Island Region.

We will continue our news production and online broadcasting as normal, whether in publication or online, that you really attacking OUR PUBLIC INTERNET MEDIA in my 'City of Gentle People', which is you both "DanDaManStudios1" and "Cartoonshi" will be censored and blurred out for life, as I move forward. Full discrimination of PWD online journalist against me in cyberbullying will end here today. You don't NEED a mass report of hatred, nor being sued me for a criminal lawsuit, especially creating dummy or burner accounts, a criminal trash like you, that anything you are about to say SOMETHING NEGATIVE... Your local British police, finding your hate and free speech, with respect the international law, will arrest you at home.

With this, I called my investigative editorial case on British YouTubers are now half-closed. End of the editorial report, for now.
