PG&E is really raising rates in my area and with a few medical expenses paid but draining me dry financially(Nothing serious, just some necessary exams and check-ups), I'm going to struggle to pay for the power.
So, if it isn't too much trouble,
PLEASE HELP ME KEEP THE POWER ON IF YOU ARE ABLE TOO:
There's something (everything) seriously wrong with California. How is electricity expensive in a place where it's always sunny?
Also, fire is not red, or if you know what kind of fire is red, I don't. It's on the fire/ice range/ring so it's red/blue fire/ice simultaneously. Caliwali doesn't have ice tho

Enron words have no relevancy to me, I'm not of that timeframe or mindset. In New York, we are vicious about anyone messing with that. However, there is also the "no power" option. California, which should have no power issues at all, is attacking their utilities further only because of the pipedream of an alternative power source. The pipe dream is correct, but that doesn't mean it's turned on yet, and until it is, letting it be used as a mechanism of control is the type of thing that happens in the most totalitarian governments or in places under hostile foreign occupation by military force.
The trees planted now in California reproduce when their seeds are activated in wildfires. They do not have bark because they absorb ~10-20x more water as a non-invasive tree. This is to dry up the shrubs and grasses to encourage them to burn. The flammable oil in its treebark causes the burning cinder blown by the Santa Anna Winds, which are seasonal. The trees are from Australia and were introduced artificially by the same man who released the wild hogs that took over the North American South. These trees are protected as "ornamental culture" so cutting them down when they're next to your house is illegal.
I suppose the task of the government is to have a roundtable discussion regarding whose houses burn down? I saw the fake charities set up to enrich the governor, posing as charities to help those whose homes were designated to burn by the rulers of cali.

It was the place to go to escape the war, aka, the government. The "Civil War" wasn't what it's portrayed as now, but it caused many to leave for the West, which was mostly still the wilderness and Indian tribes. California is strange in that it is (almost) the entire coast.
I dunno what's going on over there at all, really. New York is where "Egypt" was in North America. The Forerunners from Halo 1-3. Whoever they were. It's bad here too, but it's more ice than fire cOld
