I almost been scammed out of 5 grand due to a credit card scandal transfer to my debit card last year. They called me and there number even mimicked my banks customer service number. Luckily thanks to a stop and security feature my bank had in place, that stopped all of this. My online bank account got hacked and they transferred 5000 from my credit card to my debit card. And they were calling me to put in my verified security code to get the money from me. Once I did more investigation and called my bank, they told me this was not them who contacted me, it was some scammer from India illegally trying to steal my money.
This brings me to my next point, I want this guy and anyone in India to be arrested for grand larceny and put behind bars and extricate to the USA to stand trial since in India they don't do enough to stop these illegal calling centers. So I 100% agree with Trumps tariffs against India set to go up by 50% in 20 days from now to take effect. I hope there economy gets hit hard and there government suffer since they enable these crooks and don't do shit about it! I would love to meet the person face to face in court and I'd gladly testify against him to put his ass behind bars where he belongs. Also India calling centers have been known to take billions each year from America in scams such as this, so I don't feel bad or unjustified in these matters in how I feel about this.
Rest in peace India, you deserve every bit of financial hardship for your illegal thieving ways.
