Yeah so I feel like I see these journal posts on every single artist's page, maybe it's contagious
But I just wanted to also say that yes, I do read all the comments, and also yes I feel very bad for not replying to everyone ;w;

I really feel you on this one. As an artist, you want to thank everyone, even for the small comments. But replying with the same “thank you” every time can start to feel a bit insincere, like the person doesn’t deserve more than a copy-paste. Sometimes it honestly feels more respectful to say nothing than to sound like a chatbot… even if that’s probably completely wrong, because the person doesn’t know you’ve already typed that message a million times.

As an introvert, I gotta say, this stuff is hard. xD

That's also like, exactly 1:1 how I've described it to myself
There are only so many ways one can say the same thing, and eventually it starts feeling a bit robotic
It kind of makes me wish Inkbunny had like, a heart feature where you could at least leave them a little badge or something ;w;

While I absolutely understand the spirit and I find myself thinking it'd be nice to see similar posted by other artists I follow...

I can't help but think of that one Mitchell and Webb bit where Robert writes a rather acidic template reply to future boring Christmas family update letters XD

Don't fret about not replying. It's generally understood messages are not entitled replies, and expecting such would be a waste of a persons time in a very real, understandable way!
I do not expect a response to this message!
