I don't like Kevin, but it's definitely happening - itch.io is also purging 18+ games as well, due to the same Australian group pressuring the payment processing duopoly. Why they bow to such pressure is beyond me, but it seems the culture war pendulum has truly swung THAT far to the right now, that the acceptance of adult content is just a bridge too far.
The group responsible, BTW - pretty much a TERF sanctuary, and they have not been quiet about wanting to shut down trans representation. This is not at all their endgame, only the beginning. They'll get the "worst" games quietly removed, pick the low-hanging fruit, and keep putting up the pressure on the next issue.

Censorship, return to traditional values, forcible removal of Things We Don't Like - surely none of us thought the furry fandom would fly under THAT radar. Of course we're in the spotlight to get stamped out right alongside all "degenerate" forms of expression.
We're gonna have to have each others' backs now more than ever.
