Bug Reports for Cubsitting Simulator of Mr. Fluffums

Greetings folks,

after conversing with

I offered (and he agreed) to do some bug fixing for the game.

How will this work?
Please respond to this post here for bugs you encounter. I worked on the game with him (helped with some scenes) so as long as it is a script bug that I can fix, I will provide fixes and offer assistance.

Please only report bugs encountering Version 0.4.14.

How will I fix the bugs? (or attempt to)
I will look at the script and test it, then I will make tweeks on single .rpy to fix the issue. I will then provide the files over my account.

How to apply fix?
Copy the .rpy file into the folder (I will mention). This is for the PC version, in case you are using android or Mac, the folder should be the same, but I am not sure about it.

Should the problem happen again,

MisterFluffums

said, that deleting the .rpyc file with the same name in the same folder could help.

Important Disclaimer
I do have the approval to apply these "simple fixes" by

MisterFluffums

but I can't guarantee they work. I am in contact with him in case that something is really fucked up and I can't fix it.

Because I do not have an abundance of time atm (if I had I would pursue my own projects), I can't promise to be quick with the fixes. Please bear with me there.

Why can't MisterFluffums fix the bugs?

How about new content?
Basically, I do have the knowlege of the game and how to script it, so I could create (inofficial) updates that are based only on the scripts. However I do not have access to the Github (or original files) anymore, so they would potentially lack needed .rpyc files and would only be by manually adding script files.

Important to note is, that because of my time and because I (so far) only discussed me doing bug fixes for the game with

MisterFluffums

, I do not plan to do any additional content as of now. Before I would decide to do this (taken I got some time left), I would first ask

MisterFluffums

for approval before diving into it. I hope you understand that.

How is MisterFluffums
As far as I know, he is fine. No worries, there are other reasons, why he is on hiatus on this page.

Yes, you may. Even though I am pretty inactive myself atm. I always like more friends. :)

Why do you not react to my post?
It could be that I did not see it. If you get no answer for a months, feel free to send me a pm. (Please do not spam my PM for a bug before posting it and waiting for a months, because else the same bug will be reported multiple times.

Please also check, if someone else already reported the bug. (You can reply to the bug to add info if you have more information that helps to fix it.)

What do you need to fix the bug?
If it is about spelling issues or not appearing images, please just give me the exact location, characters and maybe some context (what text was before and after it) to it, so I can find the script location better.

If you encounter an error, the full error log can help me to pin down the bug location.

game. All rights (even with my fixes) stay with him. Please do not hate or be unfair if I do not react in time or a fix does not work. I do this for you. And maybe leave me a like, if I fixed a bug for you. :)
