I'll be participating for sure, while I was really tempted to draw Robin or one of Ether's other popular characters, I've decided to go with something more obscure and personal.
Very nice that it is being done. Artists should be remembered for their works and their friendships, as they helped many of us get to where we are today.
Looking at my meager watch list, I noticed that there are several dead artists on it, as well as a few who are MIA. And there are many more that I know that are not on my list that did not make it to the present.
was not the first on my list to die but the first who's account was not deleted after their death, their are 2 others I had who died but for some reason their accounts "disappeared." An artist who had passed on should have their accounts preserved.
It's a great idea and I hope it is successful. Alas I have family matters to attend to and might have to miss it.

I agree, it was tough to decided, if wanted draw something as thinking of passing make me regret that I didn't get a chance to reconnect with him when I came back from my hiatus. I do feel that drawing something is good way to honor is memory though.
