things on brazilian life are going great lately, a bit colder than usual but its okie, i just miss my fam, frends and gf so much, besides that, life is really nice, living here is very peaceful
also wanted to tell that im having troubles again on my lower back.. pain is joining me last days, so im sorry if i decreased my work schedule to avoid being sitted at my desktop chair all day long, im using more time to stand, walk and some yoga stretching and soft workout till pain fades away again...
last week i were working a lot more than usual and this is the consequence of forgetting to workout my core health so.. im going back to usual after this weekend, i'll keep working but not as much as i ussually do.
