I saw a video today. Yet again making me wonder if i should give Therapy a chance despite the fact that DOGE probably has access to those records now here in the states. I half wonder if this is one of my problems that i have. But as we know, it's stupid to self diagnose, so seeking a professional would be helpful. It's about Imposter Syndrome for those curious. https://youtube.com/shorts/ZskwJwfRhJ4?si=R0ydJAV0JyHaQ_rZ
It can't hurt to talk with a mental health professional. After all, they have plenty of experience with helping people to face their problems and they can best determine whether you can benefit from counseling and/or medication if you have a mental disorder that can be helped by it. On the other hand, it's possible that you have some insecurities resulting from environmental factors that you can learn how to overcome over time.
I'm not a doctor or therapist, but have an interest in mental health due to having issues of my own, as well as having some friends who also do. I find the human mind fascinating.
