Why is it so hard?

So. Trying to deal with my Medicaid. It's unfortunately extremely difficult. They give you a case number via physical mail, but then on the website that that same mail tells you to use, there are zero places to put that all important case number. Why would you make such a big deal out of the case number in regards to the website it you won't even let the individual enter it there??

It sounds like there's part of the website that's not displaying correctly or completely. Try disabling some browser extensions, if you use any. If you use NoScript then try allowing all scripts to run for the Medicaid site, well, except for Google Analytics since blocking it doesn't break anything.

Something else I've had to do is to use a different web browser, such as Chrome just to be able to login to only one website that refused to load correctly in Firefox.

Interesting, given they claimed to have made it more "Mobile friendly". I will recheck then later as that could darn well be the case. I've been having some pretty serious physical problems deciding to crop up now which are alarming to say the least. So it's best to get this solved sooner, lest whatever physical condition i may have gets worse.

Yes, definitely get those problems looked at ASAP because if they haven't been getting better on their own, which it sounds like they aren't, then now is the time to get them looked at by a doctor/specialist(s).

I don't know your age, nor is it necessary that the whole world does (please don't make it public), but growing old can suck. ;-)
