Ah reported an artist for doing ill-intended sales selling YCH Multi auctions and if no one buyz zeh other spot, they have tuh wait years till someone buys it and if no one buys it, they wait till someone does. So dat means this artist can make you wait 5 years or more and thats if nothing happens to you along the wayz.
When ah was going to do a rework for a friend named Liam, ah went to contact him and found out he passed away. Ah will still honor it but when time goes on yuh never know whats going to happen in your life and future. 5 years anything can go down and FA allows the person, anyone of the matter, to do this and scam people. Here is what ah got in response when ah told them that the artist is selling auctions frauding people -

They used tuh actually have a rule but its gone. They removed it. They used tuh go after people who would commit fraud or if an artist ish taking in zeh moneyz but not sending out the art, they used tuh have a rule but ah went to go check and they deleted it.
They did the same thing for hiding peoples age tuh stop reports by people reporting under aged minors. I read this from a post before they shut down their forums. They dont want tuh be bothered and they are lazy ass at its best so they dont have to go out of their way to handle another issue. One less issue, less they have to do. So they hid the age so people can stop reporting kids, and now they deleted all protection in their terms so if an artist scams you, you cant report it. So if they can get away with this, they can keep doing it and FA Mods wont do anything about it.
In other words, its your problem now. You deal with it.
How fucked up is that and it took almost a month for them to respond to my ticket just to tell me to fuck off basically.
Now you see why i left that shit hole of a site. I used to like the place but it so toxic there, and feels more like democrat political based and woke than any other site. They wanted to ban people who were a Repub and said it on their Twitter before it was X.
I wanted to express this because if anyone who still floats around FA just be warned their rules dont protect you anymore. Sounds like the blue left doesnt it?
Well ill assure you this, i always keep my commitment when i sell art or auctions. Even if it took some time, it will be fulfilled or i refund the money. Ah would rather make the person happy than tuh be like Nintendo and stiff someone and say its your problem and brick your console.
When buying art, its safe but find artists who are committed to their work, and read their journals, and comments, and shouts.
When it comes to YCH Auctions with multi spots, if other spots dont get bought, they (should be!), and, are filled with random characters by the artists choice. But diz artist said she/he doesnt do work for free, fair enough but the artist still needs tuh fill up that character and this person refuses to until someone buys it.
That is wrong, and shitty.

Ah tried, now i only lurk there. My advice ish tuh ask them what happens if no one buys the spot. If they tell you till someone buys it, stay away from it! Dat meanz yuh aint gonna get it till someone fills it and NEVER pay if the spots are not filled because yuh might not get yuh drawing.
