Anyway, SoFurry won't be back for a number of weeks while they deal with migration migranes, so during that time I'll be announcing any freshly opened slots in my queue on InkBunny and my Discord. Even when SFX does go online it has an notification system for an artist's/writer's commission queue so it looks like slot notifications will be the new MO anyway.
The demand for my slots is a little high so keep in mind this will be like tossing a steak into a pirahna tank - the hungriest fishy gets the meat.

you would have thought they would have this all worked out before doing the migration to minimise downtime, a few days to a week yes .... upto 3 months is excessive.

Circumstances forced them to go ahead with the transition sooner than planned which is sure to make things... challenging.

If I remember right they have two servers, and the one hosting the old SF was on it's last leg, or the place housing it was shutting down so it didn't make sense to move it because it's ancient anyway. Instead they chose to migrate everyhting to the brand spanking new server hosting SFX a little early.
