No More A.I. Postings

While Inkbunny does not out and out forbid the use of A.I. (they could, but they don't) the restrictions put on it are ridiculous.

Imagine being a digital artist and having to post the name of the program used along with the version number and including a description of how you drew it.

Imagine being a standard artist and having to post the brand of the colored pencils/paints/inks you used as well as the lot number, then declaring the scanning equipment used.

That's the kind of restrictions they put on it.

Why they don't just come out and forbid any A.I. generated creations, I don't know.

In any case, I am removing the ones I posted, and won't be posting anything new.

If you enjoyed them, PM me and I will direct you to places you can find it.

They simply want to prove that it is AI and not something done by an actual artist. They won't completely disallow AI since it would be considered against freedom of expression, at least I imagine that's the argument these admins will make in defence of it. But yeah, you REALLY need to prove it's AI generated before posting it, which I understand can be a huge pain.

That's nonsense. I stated, with every submission, that it was A.I. That wasn't good enough. I included the names of the A.I. used. That wasn't good enough. The additional information requested was tantamount to asking for the brand name and lot number of the colored pencils used to make a sketch.

They go too far.

That's why some artists leave their AI codes to show how it was done, though not everybody adheres to this, who knows if the site will become uppity about that, if so then yeah, they are just going to shoot themselves in the foot as nobody like yourself wants to go through all of that while making a submission.

If you mean the prompt, if I make a video that uses 30 A.I. images, that's 30 prompts. You can imagine how long the description for that would have to be. It's unreasonable, and unnecessary.

In fact, my lastest project, which will not be posted here, involves 29 video segments done by A.I. based on 29 A.I. images. That 58 prompts. That doesn't include the 7 outtakes I put at the end which would have required 8 more prompts, and two videos in between which did not use prompts per se, but DID use A.I. images from two years ago which I have lost the prompt.

It would take you more time to read through the prompts than the video was long. Unreasonable and unnecessary. As I said, I never hid the fact that I used A.I., I have sought no revenue from my work. The extra information adds nothing, and is CLEARLY an attempt to discourage A.I. use.

If it they wanted to discourage it, they would just flat out prevent people from posting that stuff on here to begin with.

Then WHY do they as for information that is not only difficult to obtain, but totally unnecessary??

I thought I could answer for Inkbunny, but I can't really can I?
