Okay so this is pretty big news, especially if you're fans of my story series Making a Perfect Match and Being Blind as a Bat.
I have decided to stop writing the continuing chapters for both stories as of tonight. Now before you freak out on me, let me make it clear that I will indeed finish them. The situation that brought me to this decision was the feeling that I didn't have the same passion for the chapters as I did when I first started out. That along with working most of the day almost everyday, spending time with the fiancée working on wedding and vacation plans and so on has given me little time to keep the motivation going.
This also doesn't mean I will stop writing. For a while, I'm going to be trying out something new that will hopefully develop my writing skills further. Some of you may have seen a character meme that measured how balanced your character is by counting the positive and negative traits, then subtracting them to get your character's balanced ratio. Well I read the creator of that meme's website and he developed a lengthy form that I plan on filling out for each character just to better understand my characters and for everyone else as well.
So which characters will I be using you'll probably be asking? Well I'll tell you that no one in my story series will be any of them. Only one I used in a short story will be. The rest I have created on my own. The hints I will tell you is that there will be 7 of them. 3 guys and 4 girls. Each of them will look unique and have their own unique trait about them. I'll even post a short prologue to their entry along with the introduction of *drum roll* my fursona! That's right. Reno Sky will be making his first writing appearance.
These characters (outside of Reno Sky) will be also available to be part of writing commissions. That's right, you get the opportunity to be with any of them in a story. But of course, I encourage you to read their full length detail before picking one because if you don't, you may expect anything to happen. Especially with some of them.
I'll be posting the prologue as soon as I finish designing the last two characters. If anyone is interested in drawing them, send me a note and I'll see about getting a commission going. Otherwise, enjoy the weekend.
