AI is barely (bearly? Sorry, couldn't resist...) tolerated by the admins, with a certain one being openly hostile, and have a series of strict rules on the matter. Those of us who tinker in AI creation have been hit badly by it.
Between that, and what has appeared to be hostility towards trans people, has been responsible for why my gallery is currently set to hidden in protest.

There are several I use. Bing Designer now has two engines to choose from for images. I haven't checked their video capability yet. CoPilot is good for taking an existing image and changing it for you. Pixverse is very good at doing transitions, or simple extensions of video. I'm also trying out the ability of Character.ai to take a still image and have it talk.
Of these, Pixverse is the only one I actually pay for.
I know of none you can download. It's probably too much for a simple desktop to achieve.
