How do I make thumbnails work?

Is this a thing?
Can I make it so a picture doesn't show in full for the thumbnail, but is a full picture when you click it?

You can upload two files, one for the custom thumbnail and one for the picture.

BUT on inkbunny, users can optionally disable custom thumbnails. So if you want be sure those floofs don't see the picture (like for April Fools day or something), you'll need a 2-page post with the thumbnail as page 1 and the full pic as page 2.

To make thumbnails work effectively, ensure they are high-quality, visually appealing, and relevant to your content. For Jewelry-related posts, use close-up shots with good lighting to highlight details. Keep the file size optimized for quick loading, and maintain a consistent aspect ratio (e.g., 1280x720 pixels). Use bold text or contrasting colors for readability, and include branding if needed. Platforms like YouTube or blogs often auto-generate thumbnails, but custom ones perform better. Test different designs to see what attracts more clicks, and always align them with your content’s theme for authenticity.
