Unnecessary Maintenance

Okay so the apartments are sending maintenance workers to "change the outlets" and i actually can't move everything out of the way because most of them are broken and i dont have enough storage to move anything. Why can't they wait until we move out? This sucks.

If they're spending money on it, it's probably not unnecessary. If those things are out of code you could have some serious safety risks on your hands. I totally get it though, sounds like an annoying situation. Just probably not worth risking your life over.

they are only doing it because they are rennovaating the building for new tennants.
They haven't done anything about the broken toilet, the broken lights, the outlets that were broken since 3 years ago.
That's why i'm making the argument it would be so much easier for them to do all this once we move out in a couple months.
