With FurFright over a week and a half away, I've been mapping out my route to Connecticut.
There's a lot of factors I need to consider. Starting with leaving from work on Friday the 26th. If I have to pull all the stock orders by myself that day, there's a pretty good chance I may not clock out by 12:30 PM; unless the orders are light. Sometimes they are near the end of the week, but anything can change.
The other factor is driving through New York. Originally the route I was going to take is north on the NJ Turnpike, across the George Washington Bridge, and take I-95 to I-91. There is another way, even though it's longer. Take the Turnpike towards the Garden State Parkway, take it all the way towards I-287, and get on I-95 from there. It all depends on when I get off work on Friday. But either way I won't be at FurFright until at least around 5-5:30 PM at the latest.
We'll find out soon enough.
