Well, what was the worst day I've had in a very very long time, with my computer dying, has turned out to be the greatest day of my life. Long story short, I officially have a brand new PC and while it's not fully mine yet because it needs to be paid off, I can pay it over time :)
This PC is *so wonderful* I am just so happy now. I have installed my art program again and I will be working hard to get the commissions done now :)
Small update: I've just realized all my settings and stuff were on my old PC. So I'll probably be taking today to get all of that in order.
