They put a package (roleplaying dice) into a drop box at fuck all nowhere, instead of delivering it to the box right next to my letterbox.
Then they didn't tell me that they had done that and I only found out, when I checked the delivery 2 days later.
Then I went to the box and found they hadn't given me the code to get my package. And neither the drop box guys nor UPS were reachable.
Next day I got UPS on the phone and they promised me a code within 24h.
I didn't get the code.
Called them again next day.
I got the code 23h later.
Code doesn't work.
I call a 3rd time.
Package was sent back cause I didn't pick it up in time. They can't do anything to help me except maybe order it again?
I called Amazon.
The sent my money back and canceled the order and registered my complaint.
Surprise at how easy that part was.
I wasted 4 hours of my life and I am still without my fucking StarTrek dice I need for Saturday's game :(
