I uhh...don't normally post journals, as you can probably tell. My history on IB has been posting art I've received and commenting on art and artists I like. So hopefully this isn't too annoying (though for some I'm sure it will be and to those people I say make love to a cactus)
I will be clearing my gallery out of all image posts at the end of the week (Saturday). Just giving it a couple of days for folks to download/save what they may want to keep.
Why? The straw that broke the camel's back. A deluge of AI slop that went unmitigated and the site owner's long history of transphobia, and I just don't feel comfortable keeping my stuff on this site anymore.
I feel like running a cub-centric art site should give you some extra perspective on respecting peoples' rights whether you agree with them or not. Its not something that's up for debate, its not something that's conditional that you have any right to revoke under any circumstances. This should be simple...and yet.
I will still be here in a more passive degree, I still have friends here. It was fun!
