How do you guys deal with motivation/procrastination?

by
Ever since I started working full time when its time to do art on the weekends I'm so drained. I have no desire to draw my commissions. I'd rather do nothing or get out of the house, or play games/spend time with friends. Even though I know I should be drawing, and it makes me feel really shitty cause I feel like I'm letting everyone down. TBH after I'm finally done with all my current comms, idk if I'll wanna take on any new stuff. Maybe I'll just start drawing for myself again at my own pace.

i would try setting your self a max time for working on the commissions this way you dont feel like its your hole week end going to the drawing

in my experience of how peaple seem to be with payed commissions most dont feel like the artist is letting them down as long as they get updates on whats going on and in the case of free art the person tends to be patient and understand

dont push your self to hard thats never good

hop you feel better soon sweety

One task at a time.  Small tasks add up to a big task being completed.

Sounds to me that instead of finding the motivation to work on commissions, you need to focus on your more immediate domestic issues.  Laundry, food prep, dishes, pet care, significant other if you have one...
Chances are one or more of those areas are bothering you, and you don't even realize it.

I'm a writer rather than an artist but I'd say the premise is similar.
I WANT to write, I want to make worlds ans tell stories, so I do just that. Instead of doing it at home on the weekends or when I'm off work, I do it during breaks AT work, taking the time I should be using there to pursue my desires. Sometimes I even stay later at work just to write more.
That said, when I'm not at work, I do procrastinate and not write... to a point. Instead I proofread and edit Instead. It's not nearly as... intensive as if I were writing at home, gives me time to decompress and such while still moving me towards my goals.

Long and short of it, work is for working, home is for relaxing. There's nothing wrong with using the time away from your employment to remember who you are. Instead of treating drawing or the like like work, treat it AS decompression and relaxation, do it eith the mentality that it's for fun

If something is that important, I carve up time to just do it. And then I fill my time with it. For me, it is coding and writing. I just say that I'm going to write on this day at this time, sit down at my word processor and write, often with my eyes closed because otherwise I'm censoring my own writing as it comes out.

The words of my step father come to mind for how I motivate myself to do difficult work:
"As long as what you need to do is done first, I don't care what you do with the rest of your day"

As far as my stepdad was concerned, as long as I did my homework and chores, I was free to do whatever I wanted with the rest of my time. As an adult now, I also find that getting out of procrastinating is sort of a learned skill that has to be helped along with both repetition and giving yourself rewards for finishing tasks. Making lists is also a valid way of handling it, but that isn't always for everyone.
