I keep HEARING the same people mention harassment and if it's true then it very much SHOULD be reported, Even if it's not directly a rules violation Repeatedly attacking a person is harassment which IS against the rules last time I looked. I also know on a personal level from the couple of mods I hang out with sometimes that they DO investigate these journals and harassment claims though sometimes it takes a while...IB really needs more staff. :(

Well, the number of unassigned tickets is decreasing day by day. But the harassment issue is clouded by a lot of reports that define harassment as "comments I don't agree with" more than personal insults and/or threats, which is what I was taught it means.
When the other party doesn't even get to the level of "you are stupid if you believe so and so," it's not really actionable.
