Impacted by the storms

Since the 2nd, i've been on the receiving end of the relentless flooding and tornado outbreaks here in the Midwest and the basement where I've been living was breached by 2 rounds of flooding and I have lost a lot of stuff. As you can imagine I've been exhausted, depressed and empty seeing so much of the family photos, rare collections and overall memories just now gone. Not entirely sure when I'm going to recover either.

I'm glad you survived it, I hope you do make a recovery from this. I know losing the stuff you own can be devastating especially when it's something special to you.

Bro same here. (midwest) If its not flooding its Tornados. our basement flooded. and we had to many close calls with tornados. three in fact.
This whole thing has been stressful and nerve racking. I don't think I have ever seen anything like this in my 27 years of life. Im wondering if this year will be a record breaker for Tornados.
