First, they locked my account around Christmas and sent me an email saying:
Please review the following post: [link to a now-dead post] The character on the right hand side is raising a concern. You may consider making changes in your feed and sending us another email for additional round of review.
As you can probably guess, the "character on the right" was my shota boy character. So, I sent them an email back asking why it was raising concern and what changes I could make to my feed to remedy the situation. And I never heard back from them again. I kept checking back and emailing them again on the status of my account every week. And then about a month after that they just straight up deleted my account. They didn't permanently lock it, or ban me, they just, POOF! It's like it never existed.
I also tried signing up again with a different email, but they wanted a "definitive presence of your content online.". So I just linked them to my FA and twitter and hoped they either wouldn't notice or care. But that was over a week ago, and it probably isn't going to happen. But whatever, I got a fanbox now and it seems like if anything goes wrong on there they'd actually get back to me and let me adjust things to fit their ToS.

So, the core idea behind "paywalling" my content is to provide WIP sketches of pieces I intended to finish and post publicly. It was never my intention to deliberately keep stuff behind a paywall, either forever or for an extended period of time. But sometimes, it just turns out that way. I do a lot of sketches, and sometimes I'll just straight up forget about them. So I never end up finishing them and/or posting them. So there's a lot of stuff unintentionally behind a paywall that's either not good enough to post or good enough for me to even remember.
That being said, I have been digging through my folder and starting to post older sketches I've done. I've been under some mental and emotional stress the past couple or so years that has affected my upload rate. But that's finally been cleared and hopefully will last a long while. I want to start drawing/posting more often.
So I guess to answer your question: Yes, but only the stuff I think will be good enough to post.
