Contrary to what Malwarebytes claims" (they’ve been saying this for years, even back when Palcomix was coded with my poor 90s HTML knowledge) Palcomix is free of trojans; we don’t use memberships, you don't need or can create accounts on the siet, and our code is simple and transparent. Over six years ago, I integrated an external ad system with what seemed like harmless code, only to discover later that some advertisers were embedding malware. Caught off guard by my limited expertise, I realized the minor revenue didn’t justify the significant traffic loss, so I removed it promptly. Unfortunately, some antivirus tools still flag us—on VirusTotal.com, only 1 of 96 scanners detects a problem, an issue I can’t directly resolve. I encourage you to try other detection methods; they’ll confirm my honesty.
