Art Apocalypse (Or, I got utterly FUCKED)

All of my ai art has been removed due to not having the whole damn encyclopedia of information that the site demands for no reason. I was told in the beginning that screencaps would be okay, I was lied to.

I don't fucking understand the need to have an engineering degree to post ai art. I don't know, they want so much shit, I don't even know what half of what they want even is, and I imagine they want it for every single time an image is re-generated, too, so any time I didn't get what I wanted in one try, I imagine I can't use that image unless I saved every step in the process...which I didn't. I didn't save anything beyond the screencaps, which should be ample proof that it's ai to cover IB's ass against any legal beaurocrats.

I mean, who in the HELL would need all that information?? Who actually wants to re-generate the image that they ALREADY HAVE??? ...other than me, right now, only to get the very information that I need in order to accomplish that.

This isn't just the last 15-ish months wiped out, but the next year+ wiped out, too. I JUST finished generating the last of my OCs, and I can't use any of it. Legally, since I'm not an artist myself, I'm not allowed to have art of all my characters, even though we have the technology, finally  >_<  (NO, you're not getting commission money from me for hundreds of OCs, assholes. The art was never going to exist at all without technology.)

I don't know what to do, guys. Start over? That'll be painful as HELL... And there's no way I can get images as good for some characters again, mobians.ai has picked up more bad habits than good. Most of the models really don't work to get half of the characters  :/  You can't even make a basic HEDGEHOG with the MOBIAN ai half the time.

If anyone knows a way I can possibly recover the information (that doesn't involve the history tab, because that's been cleaned out multiple times...) let me know. Honestly, I don't think any of the art I've made before yesterday is salvageable. I don't think I can get away with just plugging the images back in and trying to generate without altering them to get seeds.

If there's any ai aficionados with any advice for me, lemme know. It'd also help if you know any efficient way to create all those useless txt docs that I don't think anybody can even read without downloading so I doubt anyone ever actually looks at them... but if I posted an incomplete one, obviously I'd get in trouble!  >:(

Er, yeah... Help me, literally or therapeutically.

And needless to say, if you're here to gloat as an ai hater, expect to be blocked. I'd lock commenting but it'll be hard enough getting a reply out of people.

This is really bad 🥺, a friend of mine also had the same thing happen to him (all his Sonic AI art was deleted), but as far as I know, he was able to get it back.

In your case it's more serious, since they deleted too much of that content.... I can only give you strength so that you can overcome this and that it doesn't discourage you in any way.

Any case where I have the seed number, I may be able to salvage the post, but the seed did get cut off on a number of the screencaps I took. For those images, there may be nothing I could do.
This will drastically slow down my posting, at any rate. It's almost like totally starting over :/

I explained myself and said like "The AI content I have submitted is not a closed-source as you proclaimed. Neither are the models. I don't understand why my content has to be hidden like this? It seems really unfair and I have no way to get that content back."

After that **MOST** of my content was restored or made public again. I say that because there are some that I think are still missing are is still private by the admins. I also went back to some of my old post just to re-add some of the prompts and stuff to the post. Because they didn't have before because one reason or another I lost that info.

I mean, you got most of your stuff back, meanwhile the admin misclicked two of my stories and I'm still waiting for just those to be restored, never mind all the work I'm going to have to go through creating txt files for literally thousands of prompts, if I can even do that since my screencaps often cut off the seed numbers so those images may all be entirely unusable now...

Maybe let's not make this a victimhood competition. No one really wins there.

I am not trying to make a victimhood situation. I am just telling you what happened. Idk if someone on the inkbunny staff is going around and deleting AI post. But it is pissing me off. I might have to do text flies too, but I am not sure because usually my prompts and other stuff are in the description. But Idk, I feel like I have to do that now?

I hope your stuff gets restore dude, because I like you AI content. It's just fucking unfair this is happening.

Tho if I may ask what did they say in your DMs?

On the surface I have it "easier," my screencaps are missing information and I need to supply it.
Unfortunately, aside from the default negative prompt, the main information that tends to be cut off is the SEED. The worst possible thing to be cut off >_<

I never figured it should matter because I always figured this was just to prove that the art is ai and came from a permitted ai generator, to cover IB's butt in all that legal beurocrat shit. But apparently there's an implication here that some idiot somewhere might actually WANT to re-generate the exact same image that they are literally looking at and can save freely...and we're obligated to ensure they can do that... It's idiotic, right up there with the ban on human artwork. I doubt anybody but the admins ever even so much as look at the prompt information.

Any image I don't have the seed for is probably fucked, unless I want to just generate it all over again :/

Sorry if I'm cranky and maybe a little mean sometimes. This has come at the end of an overall shitty week...

My owner uesed ai to make art of my character for me, before the rule was in place and the same thing happened to me. Looks like one or more of the anti AI crowd is going around mass reporting. Seems like a form of harassment to me.

I think that's pretty likely. A lot of people treat ai as "theft," even though ai art is easy to tell apart from real art which thus means the ai does NOT typically create exact duplicates of the art it was trained on... but you can't reason with these people. They just want all the commissions they think they would have gotten...even though they would NOT have gotten that many commissions, ever. I for one have never and likely will never commission art, unless I win the freaking lottery...

I love the “commission “ crowd arguing AI art is not art. They get images from other artists as “ references “ then told what to draw based a description of what they want. What dose that sound like?

I do miss the days when people hadn't even thought about doing commissions on these sites yet. These were just fun places to share and enjoy art & such. Maybe make some friends. Now these sites are little more than storefronts for commissions :/
