When an artist opens a Patreon or SubscribeStar, what options, features or offers appeal most to you? What makes you most willing to join a Patreon? What pushes you away?
A regular upload schedule. Preferably on Patreon itself, not only on an affiliated Discord or something.
Sketches and WIPs that normally the artist wouldn't post. Not 'exclusive content' so much as 'this is stuff I normally wouldn't upload, but check out my process'.
Polls are fun. Especially the 'which of these characters should I draw this month' followed by 'what should they be doing' with a few options for each. Can be your own characters, or media ones. People can also use the comments on those to suggest things they'd like to see in future polls.
*If you can handle the workload* a high-tier option for a doodle, sketch, or commission tends to be good idea, but only if you won't get overwhelmed. (And obviously, limited slots. )
